JOB DETAILS:
Karan Investments is seeking to recruit qualified and well organised professionals to join our team in Lusaka.
Main Responsibilities
• Regular Monitoring of trips and vehicle tracking
• Tracking fuel usage and utilise GPS systems to monitor driver movement
• Planning of driver trips and journey
• planning of trip expense to ensure timely cashflow to drivers and all associated service providers ensure fuel allocation and accounting is accurate
• Conduct registration and licencing of vehicles as required
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are led throughout the journey
• Accurate reporting of all vehicle faults and all necessary investigations carried out accordingly
• Verification of trip documents and ensure that every trip complies with the law

Desired Qualifications
• Certificate or Diploma in Transport and Logistics
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a transport and Logistics sector Member of ZCILT
• Proven record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Ability to lead and manage drivers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
