Job Description:
We are currently seeking two diligent and vigilant Security Officers to join our team. As Security Officers at Keda Zambia Ceramic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets. You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to security incidents as they arise.

Responsibilities:
• Patrol premises regularly to detect and deter suspicious activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
• Control access points and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
• Conduct thorough security checks of vehicles, packages, and personnel
• Respond promptly to security alarms and emergencies
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches or disturbances
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees and visitors

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
• Thorough understanding of security procedures and protocols
• Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and alarm systems
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended period.
• High school Certificate [Grade 12] or equivalent.
• additional training or certification in security management is a plus.
