Media 365 is seeking a Sky Store Assistant who is hard-working, empathetic, friendly and customer-centric, creative, and collaborative to join our team. The SKY Hub assistant will support the SKY Hub Supervisor in managing the day-to-day operations of SKY Hub and raising awareness of the SKY Girls Zed Brand. About The Job

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in the day operations of the SKY Hub
• Create awareness of the SKY Girls Zed Brand including promotion of the brand on social media platforms
• Perform community engagement functions on SKY Girls Zed socials (e.g. responding to comments, enquiries etc)
• Process and receive store merchandise
• Stock and merchandise SKY Girls Zed Hub, arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
• Ensure SKY Hub is always tidy and welcoming
• Engage with SKY Girls in a friendly and helpful way, and discover their wants and needs
• Input data into SKY Girls Pledge database and other feedback and reporting mechanisms
• Provide all the needed information on promoted products and channels
• Distribute SKY Girls Zed product
• Answer all questions about the brand and its activities
• Performing regular cleaning duties, which include wiping down surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping the SKY Hub floor
• Ensure all child protection and safeguarding policies are followed
• Ensuring that all in-store security, health and COVID-19 protocols are followed at the SKY Hub
• Set up activation events, including branding and product display
• Set up booths and promotional stands and stock products
• Setting up and striking down events
• Participate in SKY Girls Zed meetings and trainings
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Grade 12 Certificate with five G.C.E “O” including English Language and Mathematics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Passionate about projects targeting girls and young women
• Fluent in English and Nyanja/Bemba
• High energy with the ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work beyond normal business hours and travel as required.
Desirable
• Previous experience in retail or brand activation with great customer service
