JOB DETAILS:
Spa Therapists (2)
Job Description
• Attend daily HOD meetings and discuss any bookings for the day and any issues / comments from guests from the previous day
• Ensure the spa is kept clean and to the standard of the lodge
• Approach guests in a professional manner to promote spa bookings
• Daily records of treatments to be recorded
• Any issues relating to the spa guests or otherwise are to be reported to Lodge Manager immediately
• Uphold and maintain a professional code of conduct at all times
• Daily stocks to be recorded and a weekly stock sheet to be sent to the Lodge Manager
• Ensure personal hygiene is maintained and spa therapist must at all times be neatly groomed i.e hair neatly tied back, short clean nails, make up to be kept professional and no eccentric colours.
• Training of junior therapists
• Reports to Head Housekeeper
