2 Waiters
Job Description
• Assist when required to ensure the butlers’ white board is updated regularly with any guest information, dietary requirements, requests, special events, guests’ first names etc.
• Update service team with daily tasks when required
• All meals are set up according to service and style plan
• Any guest requests or requirements are communicated to the Lead Hostess and amongst the team service team are to greet their guests by their name.
• Maintaining the professional code of conduct at all time
• Adhering to the hygiene policy as per lodge standards
• Any guest issues are brought up with the head butler and lead host immediately
Senior Butler is to greet his / her guest upon arrival at the lodge as well as from activities
• Any maintenance issues are communicated to the head butler or maintenance team
• Breakages, missing stocks / assets must be reported immediately to head butler.
• Overseeing bar stocks and ensuring that there are no discrepancies
• Ensure a smooth flow of service as per the style and service guide.
• Reporting to Head Butler

Qualifications
• O’levels school certificate
• A naturally nice personality eager to offer the best possible service
• Work experience from the hospitality industry is an added advantage
• Any education / training relevant for the position is an added advantage
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to cope with high pressure and still be able to smile
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle conflicts
• Passion for working in hospitality
• You are fluent in English and have good communication skills (oral and written)
• Positive attitude
