Workstation-two at 10 Miles Campus in Lusaka, one at Chipata Campus.

Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Principal Lecturer (Tutor), the successful applicants for these positions will be responsible for conducting and contributing to investigation and improvement activities in professional practice as well as providing learning, teaching, and knowledge transfer to students:
• Supervise nursing students in a variety of clinical training Totations, facilitating their participation in care and treatments and evaluating student performance.
• Communicate clearly and directly to students, clinical site stall and other coordinating professionals to ensure that training and expectations are understood by all involved.
• Teach procedures and care protocols during clinical rotations including proper medical documentation and coordinate with the clinical site to schedule nursing students to shifts.
• Teach a course loud of two courses per semester in addition to clinical rotation duties and hold regular oflice hours.
• Complete the required amount of CEUs to satisfy licensure requirements, participate in professional teaching development courses as assigned and update medical equipment training as needed
• Lead clinical rotations in community health
• Act as a role model for aspiring nurses and address students' professional career concerns


QUALIFICATIONS
• Adegree in nursing A minimum of 2 (two years experience work in a medical institution (ward).
• Member of GNCZ Proficiency in computer application systems.
• Unquestionable professional integrity, stature and abilities.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
