SALES REPRESENTATIVES (KABWE AND COPPERBELT) 3
Reports To:
Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring the business achieves, increase sales volumes, delivering revenue targets set by Management in specified segments, building and managing relationships with customers through a partnering approach that adding value to the consumer and the organization. The operational performance covers embedding the development of market opportunities, managing territory customer databases, driving commercialization, and customer focussed approaches. .

Responsibilities and duties include
• Achieving and increasing sales volumes and revenue targets in specified segments
• Taking ownership of customer relationships in the assigned territory, through effective customer communication and collaboration with our logistics and finance team to ensure delivery is achieved against commitments.
• Identify and report on market trends and competitor activities
• Monitor and report on adherence to quality standards in the trade
• Ensure targets set by management are met at all times without fail
• To participate in all sales activities required by management for example sampling activities promotions.
• To ensure all products are available and visible on the market
• To always identify new sales leads and grow the business

Skills and Qualifications required
• Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration and Business management will be an added advantage
• Three to four years of sales and Marketing experience ( experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage)
• Extensive Knowledge of Zambian Market behavior
• Good command of the English Language and local languages
• Computer literate proficient in Microsoft word and excel
• A highly motivated self-starter and target driven

Job Education Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing

Job Experience Requirements: Three to four years

Work Hours: 8
