JOB DETAILS:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS LUSAKA (4)
Reports To:
The Shift Supervisor will report to the Production Manager or his designated officer
Job Overview:
To ensure that company production activities run smoothly by ensuring and insisting that the labour force in the shift work efficiently as per the set guidelines by Management, economically, peacefully and safely in an environment that is conducive to work according to the nature of the work. .

Responsibilities and Duties:
• In charge of shifts and all activities
• Study the available programme for your shift and clarify issue with the Production Manager to ensure that you understand it fully.
• Meeting the necessary requirements such as locating the position of the required materials, the location of packaging materials etc.
• Regular counter checks of Quality Parameters of the finished Product
• Monitoring of usage of all production Materials during all shifts
• Ensuring that the employees observe the set hygiene regulation set by Management
• Managing Housekeeping of the plant and Spearheading cleaning activities of the equipment from intake to packing section.
• Ensuring that shift employees comply with safety and hygiene standards
• Conducting sensitization regarding health and safety half in relation to handling product during production process
• Ensuring conformity of Finished to required standards
• Any Other duties given by Management

QUALIFICATIONS,QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Acceptable qualification in Production Management or related field
• At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar field, particularly in the FMCG Industry
• Strong Leadership skills
• Target driven
• Integrity
