JOB DETAILS:
NFC Africa Mining PLC (Chambishi Mine) an international mining company with its core business being the development of non-ferrous metals and mineral resources in Zambia. In our quest to continue supplementing Government effort by creating more local jobs, we seek to employ suitably qualified, innovative and dynamic individuals to fill the vacant positions below:

Key Responsibilities
• Pumping out water as per set standard
• Constantly monitor water levels
• Monitoring equipment to ensure it is working safely Solve problems in the small pipeline when residue materials accumulate (Except for main pipes).
• Should be able to follow machinery operation procedures for starting and stopping the pumps
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the area of responsibility.
• Should be able to know pipe circuits. Other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualification & Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Pump man Added advantage if worked in a maintenance department should be able to read and write

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
