JOB DETAILS:
The Eastern Provincial Health Office with support from the US Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) under the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), is seeking for eligible and qualified applicants for the listed position to be employed on contract basis.

• Chama District Hospital in Chama
• Chama Hospital Affiliated Health Centre in Chama District
• Chama Hospital Affiliated Health Centre in Chama District
• Chibale Zonal Health Centre in Chama District
• Chikwa Zonal Health Center in Chama District
• Chasefu District Health Office in Chasefu District

JOB PURPOSE : To undertake Monitoring and evaluation of HIV/TB Service delivery in order to facilitate decision making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertakes timely and accurately capture of patient data in the electronic health systems in order to facilitate storage and retrieval of information.
• Undertakes regularly Quality Assurance (QA) in order to ensure quality of data.
• Undertakes timely preparation and submission of HIV/TB reports in order to inform decision making and monitoring.
• Undertakes effectively provision of capacity building to facility staff in Data management in order to impact knowledge and skills.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
• Full Form 5/ Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in M&E or equivalent
• Minimum Two (2) years relevant Pre-Job Experience:
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
