Job Title: Sales Agent
Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager
Job purpose: To increase the uptake of the Company’s products in the market.

Responsibilities for Sales Agent
• Establish relationships with new customers
• Identify and respond to client needs
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they are developed
• Follow up on customers as necessary
• Anticipate the needs of potential clients and address them accordingly
• Meet with potential customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
• Produce daily sales report for assigned territory

Qualifications for Sales Agent:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Good familiarity with with MS Word, Excell & Powerpoint
• 1+ years of experience in sales
• Confident and charismatic approach to people
• Certificate or any higher relevant qualifications
