Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and articulate Accountant to join our growing dynamic team for the role of Accountant. +
As an Accountant at Jianfeng Company Limited, you will play a key role in managing financial information and ensuring the accuracy of our client’s financial records. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Preparing and examining financial records, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Managing all accounting transactions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conducting reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making for our clients.
• Ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with ZRA, NAPSA and NHIMA.
• Assisting management with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborating with our systems development team in developing and implementing efficient accounting procedures.
• Manage Account interns and bookkeepers
• Resolving issues at NAPSA, ZRA and NHIMA
• Any other accounting related duties

Job Description:
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
