JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated and highly skilled Accountant to join our team and help drive our financial processes forward.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Accountant at Retsol International Zambia Limited, you will be responsible for the efficient management of various financial and operational tasks, including but not limited to:
• Managing debtors and creditors.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Daily financial reporting.
• Inventory management.
• Preparation of management accounts.
• Ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
• Managing intercompany loans.
• Providing operational support.
• Coordinating the annual audit process.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ZICA)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
