JOB DETAILS:
Dovecot College of Health Sciences is looking for an Accounts professional who would like to join our Team as an Accounts Assistant. The successful candidate will be part of the Administrative Department and will be required to undertake the general related accounting duties and must be based within Lusaka District.

Main duties to include clerical and basic accounting duties:
– Cash receipts and receipting and maintenance of daily cash receipts
– Posting of payments to general ledgers
– Bank deposits and reconciliation
– Following up on payments
– Taxation; NHIMA, NAPSA and Workers Compensation Compliance managing
– Assist in financial statement preparation and
– Running of Payroll

Qualifications:
• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• A minimum ZICA Licentiate, Advanced Diploma ACCA/CIMA
• Part qualified ACCA/CIMA.
• At least two (2) years post qualifying experience.
• Licentiate Member of ZICA.
• At least Two Years of Working Experience
• Knowledge of Accounting packages such as Pastel or QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
