The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis.
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain office systems.
• Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain records.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
