The University is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individual for the position of “Admissions Officer”.
Job purpose, Roles and Responsibilities;
1. To process and manage applications for admission in collaboration with the Registrars’ office, colleagues in the admissions team and academic department.
2. To offer support and high-quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process.
3. Liaise with applicants, and guide them through the application process, ensuring that they have all the information they require regarding the process, and University programmes.
4. To ensure all student admissions practices comply with all current internal and external admissions and quality assurance policies.
5. To gather applicants’ references and supporting documents.
6. Liaise with other members of the team and academics, to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration of each applicant.
7. To liaise with the Registrars’ office, academics and external stakeholders to validate qualifications of prior learning where required.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to use a computer (Computer literate).
Ability to work over time when there is a call or when required.
Academic Qualification;
A Bachelors’ Degree in any field, from a recognized University.
Experience;
Minimum of 2 Years in similar role.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
