JOB DETAILS:
Accountability
1. Prospecting
o Developing a comprehensive database of current and prospective HORECA customers.
o Developing a system of contacting “prospects” and tracking the same.
2. New Account Acquisition & Development
o Developing an area coverage plan.
o Planning and deployment of the team.
o Developing account acquisition strategy and prospect-wise time-bound acquisition plan.
3. Key Account Management
o Developing and implementing account-wise sales plan.
o Planning and achieving target account-wise share/finalization of trade terms.
o Cross-selling, upselling, and range expansion.
4. Team Management
o Targeting for the front-line sales team and ensuring communication and alignment.
o On-the-job training and motivation of the front sales team.
o Monitoring the performance of the team and providing review and feedback.
5. New Product Introduction
o Creating and implementing a new product launch plan as per the company's business objectives.
o Tracking new product launches.
6. Sales Information System
o Effectively leveraging the sales information system.
o Creating data-based analysis and sales planning system.
Minimum Qualification
• Degree in sales and marketing, business administration, or any related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in an FMCG environment.
• A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• High levels of integrity and a keen eye for detail.
• Computer literacy, including proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
