JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Solicit quotations from suppliers.
• Perform procurement administrative functions i.e. process purchase orders , verify Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Supplier Invoices.
• Liaise with suppliers to expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain and file all procurement transactions.
• Coordinate all purchases with the procurement team drivers to meet procurement deadlines.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Supply Chain or Senior Supply Chain Officer.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
• Minimum Experience: 1 Year
• Education: Advanced Certificate in Purchasing and Supply/ ZIPS or CIPS
• Software: MS Office
• Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
