JOB DETAILS:
Responsible for supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain a strong relationship with customers.

The following are the key responsibilities.
1. Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative support.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
3. Providing excellent customer service by answering queries and solving problems.
4. Assist in creating and updating sales presentations and materials.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sale.
6. Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
1. Grade 12 certificate
2. Diploma in any Business/ Management course
3. Strong organization skills, both verbal and written
4. Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite.
5. Ability to work in a team environment.
6. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
7. Previous experience working in a sales environment with knowledge in renewable energy, will be an added advantage.
8. Driving license with 2 years experience
