JOB DETAILS:
Audit Supervisors will have the operational responsibility to provide audit engagement team services with a focus on audit quality and professional scepticism.

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Providing technical, audit operational, and audit quality leadership with a focus on professional scepticism.
• Demonstrating a strong tone and culture supporting audit quality through a commitment to maintain objectivity, professional scepticism, ethics and integrity.
• The Audit Supervisors may be tasked with acting as the Manager on a client and /or may be tasked with acting as a Senior Team Member. In this case the Audit Supervisor will provide audit operational support on engagements with the focus on the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation of the results of the audit engagement in response to the needs of stakeholders and external regulators.

Academic/Professional qualifications and Experience
• Bachelors Degree and a Professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/ CA Zambia or equivalent.
• Must be member of ZICA.
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in a professional services firm.
• Self-driven, ambitious and ability to work in a demanding professional environment.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Strong verbal and written communication.
