JOB DETAILS:
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture
• 5 + years of Avocado experience
• Knowledge of commercial Avocado farming and strong understanding of Avocado production
• Must have experience with report writing and budget preparation
• Excellent planning, organising, supervision and admin skills
Responsibilities
• Land development and Field preparation for planting
• Daily planning, organising, supervision and administration of Field activities including work force.
• Operation of fertigation system
• Technical nutrition, pest, and disease management
• Report writing
• Budget preparation
• Maintain compliance with Global Gap and other agency standards
