JOB DETAILS:
 Our Client, in the Oil Marketing industry is seeking to recruit a B2B Manager for their Lusaka Office.
Position : B2B Manager
Reporting to : Country Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To maintain and develop profitable sales within the allotted territory in accordance with pre-determined marketing policies in the Commercial functions.
2. Ensures sales of company products, services, policies and benefits by responsible presentation, adherence to company standards and graphics. Organises customer training, prompt handling of queries and complaints, conducting regular commercial customers meetings, utilising available advertising/product data sheets, making regular competitor calls, formulating beneficial marketing programs by account and issuing selling aids to customers. Organizes or gives support to programs for commercial customers. Keeps record of potential accounts and terms of supply Agreements and keeps posted on individual customers profitability.
3. Ensures overall efficient territory management by promptly attending to all correspondence, queries and reports. Plans work load to achieve maximum efficiency, maintains all company documentation current. Prepares territory’s marketing objectives for inclusion in company’s objectives, analyses sales records and prepares Asset Verification Forms for signatures by Commercial customers, and ensures replacement and maintenance of company owned equipment. Initiates proposals for marketing projects for company’s approval. Prepares reports of call at on daily basis. Keeps informed of Commercial Agreements terms and duration.
4. Controls overall credit position in accordance with the plan for the Area by customer. Makes regular collection calls, co-ordinates with operations on supplies, prepares delinquent reports, account reconciliation’s, analysis of statements of accounts, commercial customers profitability analysis, completion of TAR reports and makes recommendations on credit limit revisions.
5. Constantly reviews new business activities and opportunities including expansion of projects in line with current company strategy by assisting in compiling data for analysis of any new business and commercial customer studies as support data for new business. Initiates proposals and stays informed of changes in service station operation and is up to date on competitive customer acquisition strategy. Keeps record of potential business opportunities through Garages/Oil Shops.
6. Attends to other functions not covered above by: co-ordinating supplies, liaising maintenance jobs, attends Commercial meetings, courses, undertakes other duties as assigned by Country Manager.
7. Principles of commercial accounts configurations, administration ability, report writing, conducting meetings/training clinics and Public and Government Relations.
8. To service commercial accounts to ensure good relations are maintained.
9. Travel by car for 70% of the time. Travels during after hours or meetings are occasionally experienced.

Job Qualifications:
1. Must be a holder of minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
2. Must have Marketing and Sales experience preferably in the Oil Marketing Industry.
3. Must have organizational skills and ability to manage a sales territory.
4. Must have ability to educate customers on various aspects pertaining to product knowledge.
5. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Must be able to work with minimum supervision, a self-motivator with excellent initiative.
