Job Summary:
• As a Food Delivery Employee at Social, your primary responsibility will be to deliver food orders to customers promptly and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be an essential part of our team, providing a seamless and efficient food delivery experience for our valued customers. Your attention to detail, time management skills, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall success of our food delivery operations.

Responsibilities:
• Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers’ specified locations within the designated timeframes.
• Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure accurate and complete order pickup.
• Handle food orders with care to maintain quality and presentation during transportation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, friendly, and professional when interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of departure, arrival, and any customer feedback or issues encountered.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and responsible driving.
• Communicate effectively with the management team and fellow employees to coordinate deliveries and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience in food delivery or a related customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Ability to operate a smartphone for navigation and order tracking purposes.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
