Introduction
• Lwitikila Bottling Company Limited is a business start-up located in Mpika District of Muchinga Province. The company boasts of hi-tech investment in pure water treatment and packaging and now seeks to recruit the following position.
• Job Title: Blow Mold Operators
• Location: Mpika District, Muchinga Province

Job Description
• A Blow Mold Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring blow molding machines used for manufacturing plastic bottles. The operator will ensure that the machine is properly configured, and the right amount of raw materials is fed into it. He will also monitor the output quality to ensure that the finished products meet the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor blow molding machinery
• Set up molds, adjust machine settings and perform tests to ensure that machines are working correctly
• Load and unload pre-heated plastic materials into the machine
• Inspect and pack finished products
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines
• Keep accurate records of production
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process and maintaining the equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.

Key requirements
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma in any field is a plus
• At least two (2) years experience in the similar role.
• Previous experience in operating and maintaining a PET blowing machine.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Excellent planning skills.

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
