JOB DETAILS:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing and managing the Company’s branch in Ndola including the execution of all Projects and Service works allocated to the Ndola Branch: HVAC-R, Escalator & Elevator works
• Leading all teams of Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians
• Preparation and submission of Tenders and Quotations as well as HVAC-R designs
• Cost and budget control for all works executed by the Ndola Branch
• Stock Control and monitoring of materials and equipment to various projects and sites
• Promoting, marketing and selling of all products, equipment and services in the company’s portfolio
• The acquisition of new jobs and clients
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients, consultants and suppliers

Qualifications & Skills
• University Degree/Advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in HVAC-R
• Experience of 5 – 8years or more in a similar managerial position
• Computer literate, fully conversant in particular with AutoCAD and MS Office software packages.
• Must not be less than 40 years old
