JOB DETAILS:

• Our client in the Insurance sector, is seeking a talented and motivated Individual to join their team as a Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• New business acquisition.
• Meeting branch business targets.
• Profitably oversee branch operations.
• Sustaining customer relationships.
• Establishing strong business relations with insurers
• Ensuring timely claims management process.
• Administration and staff management.
• And any other tasks related to the company’s growth.

Minimum Qualifications
• Diploma in Insurance and Pensions. Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the insurance industry with experience in a management position.
• Experience in underwriting and insurance contracts.
• Risk management skills.
• Member of Insurance Institute of Zambia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Sober-minded and good business etiquette.
• Must be based in Kitwe.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
