JOB DETAILS:
Role Responsibilities
• Screen and prepare loan applications in line with the company lending policy.
• Collect and evaluate client’s financial information to determine credit worthiness.
• Responsible for meeting targets set for the branch.
• Responsible for acquisition of credit facilities (Payroll loans, Salary advances,
Business/SME loans)
• Drive sales business in the region and ensure all set sales targets are met.
• Initiate client Call backs on recoveries and payments together with the Credit
Team
• Good decision-making skills to avoid high risk loans.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Submit branch performance reports as and when required.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining high levels of
professionalism
Assumes any other responsibilities assigned.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
• Full Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of credit in English and Mathematics
• Minimum of Diploma or Degree, preferably in Banking and Finance, Economics and Business Administration
• A minimum of 4 Years of relevant work experience of which 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
• Background in a Microfinance Institution will be an added advantage.
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
• Strong Ms Office applications especially excel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven and customer focused.
• Leadership and People management skills
