Job Description:
• As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Building strong relationships with prospective clients, insurance brokers, and industry partners.
Identifying new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.
Providing expert advice on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
