Express Credit Zambia seeks to recruit a self- motivated, experienced, skilful and result oriented professional for Business Development and Relationship Manager Position.
Job Purpose
To be responsible for Sales and Business Development function of Express Credit Zambia.

Key Responsibilities
• Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Manage and maintain existing relationship and growth of existing customer accounts.
• Bring on board new accounts through the established onboarding process for the purpose of growing the business
• Research marketing positioning, develop and optimize market intelligence, new business management, relationship building and management reporting on each account activities
• Initiate, Manage MOUs and ensure renewal for existing agreements before expiry.
• Translate business development strategies into actionable goals
• Prepare business development call reports and provide feedback on all strategy progress weekly, monthly, and per year

Qualifications and Requirements
• Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 credits including English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Sales/Business Administration
• 3-5 years’ proven and well referenced work experience in Sales and relationship management at managerial level
• Business acumen, customer focus, ability to communicate effectively and assertively
• Influencing and negotiating skills, ability to work in a team
• Must possess planning and time management skills
• Clean and valid driving license. Must have at least one year driving experience
