JOB DETAILS:
Job purpose
• He/she will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements such as conducting Charger Operator Training activities, basic fault. troubleshooting and maintaining a well-coordinated and effective training schedule in order to achieve the goal of the company.
Charger Trainer operator should be able to Charge and Timing of Underground Drill ends. And Preferably Charging Certificates from AEL, SASOL, BME, ORICA Solar Chem.

Key Responsibilities
• The following are the key responsibilities of the Charger Operator
• To train both NFCA employees and its Contractors in various fields and make sure that good results are achieved. To Carry out final assessment in work areas .entry of new data, documentation, and updating lectures
To carry out training need analysis
To Assist in the reduction and controlling of accidents and illness producing conditions
Putting into practice all safety aspects of operator training and ensuring safety of others too
Undertake other duties as and when assigned by senior training supervisors.

Qualification & Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate. Valid MSD Blasting License.
Valid First Aid Certificate.
Computer literate in all the Microsoft packages Minimum of Two (2) years’ work experience Teaching methodology will added an added advantage.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
