Job Summary
• As a Chief Marketing Officer you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products or services. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, creating marketing materials campaigns and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts. This position requires creativity, strong analytical skills and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Marketing strategy and planning
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop marketing plans and strategies
• Conduct market research to identify target clients
• Assist in setting marketing goals and budgets
• Manage and update the company’s website and other social platforms with fresh and informative content
• Marketing campaign execution
• Content creation and Management

Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing
• Diploma in insurance
• Minimum 7 yrs. marketing in insurance industry in a senior position
• Must be a member of (ZIM)

Competencies
• Complete understanding of insurance products in Zambia
• Strong knowledge of Marketing principles,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mind set with ability to interpret data and trends
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
