JOB DETAILS:
Commercial I.T. Services Limited is recruiting for a client support technician to provide IT support and project management services to contract clients.

The desired skills of the candidate include:
• Strong Local Area Network Installation and Configuration experience
o Network point termination
o Network point labeling
o Patching/Racking
• Network Device Configuration – Switches, Routers, Firewalls
o Understanding of network switching and routing
o Understanding of access control configuration
• Strong Understanding and Experience with Windows Servers
o Understanding of Active Directory
o Windows Server Administration
o Outlook and Exchange Server
• Virtualization and Cloud Computing Knowledge
o Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Amazon Webservices or Google Cloud.
o Basic knowledge of configuration of Virtual Servers with VMWare/HyperV/Citrix
• Experience in a client centered role
o Helpdesk support/call center/support
o Report writing

Education
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• Vendor Specific Certifications especially Office 365, Cisco, HP/Dell/Lenovo
• Proof of continuing professional development
