Role and Purpose:
The core function of a Community Manager is ensuring the digital media bookings are made across all digital platforms for all existing clients. Furthermore, providing frequent reports on campaign performance. Contribute to generating relevant and exciting content across digital and social media platforms.
Key Accountabilities :
• Executing social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
• Respond to customers/audience in a timely manner on each social media platform.
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Identify latest social media trends.
• Track and monitor client spend and budget for given campaigns.
• Develop digital schedules for both programmatic and social media campaigns.
• Must be able to plan and buy online digital media and social media.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance.
• Develop content for social media pages.
• Work closely with the Head of Digital department when strategizing campaigns.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of trending social media platforms and able to use various social media tools..
• An avid user of all major social media platforms which are Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.
• Must have knowledge in paid media advertising.
• Must have excellent copywriting skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be analytical and be able to multi-task
Key Performance Indicators:
• Timeous delivery of content calendars and reports.
• To assist the finance team with tracking of client campaign spends and billings.
• Have high knowledge in digital media buying and planning primarily for Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Track and monitor client campaigns.
• Able to identify new digital marketing opportunities

Prerequisite:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management/Administration.
• Advertising/Media agency experience is an added advantage.
• Experience in Social Media Management, Digital/Social Media planning & buying
• Atleast 2 years’ experience Community Management and content creation.
