ATS Zambia are in search of a seasoned Community Relations Manager. You will be reporting to the Country Manager – ATS Zambia and will be responsible to maintain the external and internal community relations in and around the Zambian based projects As the leading integrated facilities solutions provider in Africa and the Middle East, operating in over 28 countries, with over 40 000 employees, the Tsebo Solutions Group enables businesses to optimise their efficiency and productivity, and become more successful. Duties & Responsibilities
• Developing and driving Legacy plans, and outstanding execution of all field through successful leadership operations strategies, consistently across all projects in Zambia
• Manage ATS Legacy by effectively using periodic reports, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across Zambia
• Lead and direct the development of project level goals and action plans for teams directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution.
•Responsible to ensure that all associates are current and up to date with product production knowledge, product use, mostly fruits and vegetables, and other related product application through a commitment to formalized training and development within prescribed timelines and standards.
• Accountable to ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans
• Ensuring that LEGACY Program becomes a point of differentiation aimed at quality, ideas, acknowledgment, and inspiration, which leads to an emotional and loyal client support
• Set high expectations for excellent community service and hold the management team accountable to the measurable results associated.
• Ensure the overall LEGACY plan of the Region reflects high standards, benchmark, and succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development.
• Responsible to communicate the company objectives consistently and effectively to all Stakeholders including management teams through organized and scheduled meetings, calls, email communication etc.
• Ensuring that collective agreement requirements, where applicable, (between ATS and the communities, and the client) are always complied with.
• Ensure continuous training and appraisals are carried out on all CROs in line with the overall objectives of ATS Group.
• Conduct site visits to assess LEGACY operations and recommend changes. Also, the manager shall do periodic performance evaluations to ensure that the working team is on the right path to achieving the overall goals.
• Provides leadership, and supervision; delegates day to day operations to LEGACY Country Managers or CROs for execution.
• Responsible for attaining established Country LEGACY goals through active participation in LEGACY management and officer call programs. Manage ATS Legacy by effectively using periodic reports, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth, consistently across Zambia

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Degree or Certificate in Social Work, Public Relations or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years’ work experience in similar field as a Community relations professional
• Able to work in remote sites for extended periods
• Strong liaison experience between the business, local community, chiefs, and other traditional leaders
• Ability to work in remote areas across Zambia
