Compensation & Benefits Associate x1, Lusaka
Position Purpose

Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, the Compensation & Benefits Associate will be responsible for:
• Preparing and processing the monthly payroll for the entity on time
• Inputting payroll data into the system
• Preparation of bank transfers
• Preparing, submitting and processing all statutory and third-party payments
• Maintaining the man-power plan and other compensation templates
• Compiling and submitting all payroll related journals, accruals and reconciliations of the payroll account
• Processing all administration relating to medical aid, Group Life, Private Pension
• Maintaining the payroll system and administer any updates required as per legislation, leave and time sheets

Education
• Minimum, Diploma in Human Resources or Financial Management or Accounting
Experience
• Minimum four (4) years’ work experience in Compensation and Benefits with competency working with at least two (2) types of payroll software

Job Skills
• Strong systems knowledge - knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
• Fluent written and Spoken English
• Sober character and able to handle confidential information
