JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities
• Carry out research on legal/compliance matters on active engagements
• Review legal documents to ensure compliance
• Prepare legal correspondence on behalf of the firm
• Review legal correspondence received by the firm and advise management on appropriate action
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs and contracts
• Research relevant legal materials to aid decision making
• Assist with handling of insolvency matters for which the firm is an agent
• Meet with individuals involved in legal processes to provide information and clarify issues
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications/Experience:
• Academic Background: Degree in Law;
• Experience required (minimum/maximum): 2 years and above
• Knowledge of Zambian Law;
• IT knowledge: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (word; excel; power point);
