Cosmetics Sales Rep – Commercial team (please indicate reference SR in the subject)
MPC health Care is a well-established medical company striving to improve people’s health by providing innovative and effective therapeutic solutions in the Zambian community, and this through its healthy values – dedication, team work, trust, and customer service. MPC is currently looking for a Sales Representative for its Cosmetics sales division to hire:

Responsibilities:
• Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Enlisting products at the selected accounts through promotion.
• Deliver agreed message to the targeted segment.
• Study potentiality per account and forecasting sales targets accordingly.
• Make and submit sales orders of pharmacies –wholesalers –medical stores and cosmetics outlets.
• Gather current marketplace information on newly introduced products.
• Investigate problems; prepare reports; develop solutions, and make recommendations to management in order to meet customers’ expectations.

Requirements:
1. Must have a sales and marketing experience in health and commercial community
2. Proven excellent sales experience is an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
4. Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
5. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Any Bachelors or university degree
8. Female gender is a must
9. Valid driving license is a must
10. Good looking and smart
