JOB DETAILS:
We are on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Creative Designer to join our team. The Designer will collaborate across our client portfolio, ensuring Unicus consistently produces creative work of the highest quality.

Responsibilities
Design related:
• Brochures, flyers, and Single page artwork
• Multipage Publications
• Logos, Brand Identity
• Brand Guidelines / Manuals
• Print & Web Adverts
• Large Format and Exhibition Print
• Design of Social Media Assets
• Digital Marketing Designs
• Product Packaging Design
• Motion Design, Web and UX knowledge is an added advantage

Non-design related:
• Interpreting objectives set out in design briefs and creating high-quality design work
• Liaising with clients and meeting deadlines
• Working on the creative and visual aspects of campaign development
• Contributing ideas and concepts
• Preparing artwork files for print, web, and digital billboards
• Liaising with external agencies/designers where required

Qualifications
• At least 3 years experience in a Creative / Graphic Designer role
• Deep understanding of colour theory, layout and typography
• Proficient user of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and/ or Affinity Design Suite
• Technical knowledge of creating and exporting artwork for screen and print including interactive PDF’s
• Working knowledge of creating static and animated digital banners (JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG).
• Knowledge of branding and brand application on various print media
• Previous creative experience in a similar role is preferable
• The ability to effectively communicate
