JOB DETAILS:
Customer Service Representative Vacancy
Number of Vacancies: 1
Contract Term: 6 Months
Reporting to: Reservations Manager
Location: Proflight Head Office and Lusaka Airport Office
Deadline for Submissions: 18th November 2024
Start Date: 1st December 2024

Responsibilities;
• Placement of new bookings, changing bookings, adding excess baggage into bookings. Collection of payment for tickets/excess baggage/change fees.
• Checking and answering emails using correct email etiquette.
• Answering phone calls using correct phone etiquette.
• Issuing tickets.
• Re-issuing tickets.
• Sales reconciliation for each day’s sales.
• Attending to other duties assigned to you by the Reservations Manager.

Qualifications;
• Minimum certificate/equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in airline industry.
• Knowledge/experience in a reservation department.

Skills;
• Interpersonal skills.
• Acknowledge of English language adequate for his/her job functions.
• Have Emergency response actions awareness.
• Have flexibility and ability to work under pressure and multitask.
