JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Purchasing and supply or related field study
• Under 30 years of age
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management software

Responsibilities include:
• Data entry and maintenance of databases
• Verifying accuracy of data
• Generating reports and analyzing data for department manager
• Assisting in the development and implementation of data management policies
• Input of information into the SAP system
• Checking workload statistics and system logs
• Follow bulk purchase such as coal, box, diesel and producing materials
