JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator who is enthusiastic and passionate about interior design and architecture. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, management, and/or marketing in Kitchen, Bathrooms, wardrobes and interior design or architecture.

Sales/Marketing
• Onboard new customers through our sales & customer journey process.
• Effectively market and sell BAUS services and products via telephone, online, community outreach, in studio tours, etc.
• Monitor automations system for SMS and email marketing.
• Track and audit customer leads and new clients and ensure optimal follow up on jobs.
• Work with our social media manager to coordinate offers and promotions.
• Execute local initiatives and marketing strategies for our target audiences to optimize lead conversions.
• Foster relationships and network with local constructors, and interior designers as well as key influencers and strategic partners.
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns, and promotions.
• Act as a studio ambassador and maintain a high level of customer service through regular customer engagement.
Operations
• Ensure quality control of the BAUS showroom, services, products, and goods sold.
• Monitor booking system daily to ensure booking is accurate and staff are informed of new clients,
• Work with staff members and ensure the day-to-day operations of the showroom are effectively implemented per studio policies and procedures.
• Participate in meetings with leadership to advance company objectives.
• Ensure that all sales and marketing projects are completed by their appropriate timeline using project management tools and Google Drive.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining studio rooms and facilities to ensure sanitization and safety to meet BAUS quality assurance standards.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years in a Interior design, architecture or management experience in Kitchens, bathroom, closets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS office.

Skill Sets
• Ability to take initiative, contribute ideas, and think outside of the box.
• Strong marketing and sales acumen and experience analyzing and interpreting data.
• Ability to work independently with confidence to make decisions and course correct as needed.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate ongoing projects, plans, and people.
• Proven track record in providing successful sales and marketing
• Understanding how to read plans and working drawings.
• Knowledge in interior design or architecture.
