JOB DETAILS:
Tyre King Enterprises is one of the leading automobile tyre retailers in Zambia currently operating in fifteen (15) Tyre sales and fitment outlets including Choma, Kabwe, Kitwe, Ndola and Solwezi. We are seeking to recruit 20 Direct Sales Agents who can join our team on this journey using his or her expertise and qualification to make us more efficient.

Position: Direct Sales Agents (Commission based)
Duty station Lusaka and Kitwe

Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients
2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
3. Reach out to customer leads through office visits and phone calling
4. Improve the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time
6. Coordinate sales effort with team members
7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
8. Keep abreast of promotional trends
9. Continuously improvement through feedback

Requirements and qualifications:
1. Grade 12 certificate
2. Proven work experience as a Sales Agent
3. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
5. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
6. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
7. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
8. Certificate in a business course or a related field will be an added advantage
