JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To safely and timely drive and maintain Company Vehicles in order to facilitate mobility of officers, materials and equipment.

KEY RESULT AREA
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (MAIN DUTIES)
DRIVING
• Undertakes effective driving of vehicles allocated so as to ensure the safety and timely move- ment of officers and materials.

ACCIDENT REPORTS
• Prepares timely reports on occurrence of road traffic accidents to facilitate prompt remedial actions

LOG BOOK
• Completes timely log books in order to enhance accountability of journeys.

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
• Undertakes regular inspection of vehicles road worthiness so as to avoid traffic accidents and unnecessary accidents.

CLEANING AND SECURITY OF VEHICLE
• Undertakes regular cleaning and securing of the vehicles daily in order to ensure cleanliness and security.

Selection Criteria
• School Certificate with at least 3 Credit passes
• Certificate in Transport and Logistics/Automotive Mechanics SADC Driver’s License Class C1 or above (Not Restricted).
• 2 years work experience in a similar role in a reputable organization. Good Communication skills – both written and oral.
• Good working knowledge of computers
