JOB DETAILS:
Our client a leading Bank is looking for an E-Channels & Implementation Manager to join their team
Responsibilities
Channels & Solution Delivery
• Ensure Electronic Banking products meet customer needs in-country.
• Ensure Electronic Banking products are positioned as a leader in the market and grow acquisitions aggressively for all information and transaction initiation modules. Work actively with LAMs to ensure speedy implementation of customer solutions.
• Provide first line support for all technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Own the performance levels of all products and channels in country including the Problem Resolution Process.
• Coordinate any integration required between electronic platforms and the client’s in-house systems.
• Monitor all deliverables and dependencies related to the project and communicate regularly with the client regarding progress against milestones.
Sales Support
• Deliver Transactional Banking products to our customers in the most efficient and cost- effective way using appropriate technology, whilst closing product gap versus competitors.
• Train Corporate Bank Sales Managers in product knowledge, provide technical product expertise and conduct joint calls to ensure that new revenue opportunities are identified and customer feedback on product and competition is obtained.
• Match customer needs with product capabilities through presentation of tailored demonstrations and proposals.
• Develop and execute a Sales & Implementation delivery plan that positions payment
• & collection products.
• Monitor, track and report on Channel sales activity on a periodic basis and to ensure action is taken to meet sales targets.
• Actively update and monitor the channel deal pipeline for execution and growth.
Risk Management/Audit & Compliance/Operations
• Work with local Risk Management to ensure that all payment and collection transactions are processed within the defined risk mitigation techniques.
• Interface with compliance and Audit functions and manage incidents and issues raised within the Transaction Banking domain.
• Work with Operations and Technology to ensure that all issues relating to electronic channels are resolved as swiftly as possible.
• Be the Transaction Banking lead on all Operations and Technology projects that have an impact on the Cash Management business and solutions.

Qualifications
• 2 – 3 years sales or channels experience with good sales track record
• Customer focused & results oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages to the accounts assigned.
• Knowledge of banking products and operations, deposits and other liability instruments.
• Consideration of high achievers without the preceding is a possibility.
• Good organisational and time management skills are highly desirable.
• Result driven team player.
• Inclusive, flexible, internationally savvy and sensitive to client culture.
• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field or equivalent.
