JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
To undertake the financial analysis of Commercialization and Technology Transfer proposals in order to ensure the transformation of technologies into financially viable ventures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the business incubation programs to facilitate the development of sustainable enterprises.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the provision of business development support services to innovative entrepreneurs to ensure their sustainability.
• Provide timely advisory services to clients on preparation of business plans in order to facilitate the commercialization of technologies.
• Technical evaluation of innovations and inventions.
• Prepare project Proposals for National Technology Business Center (NTBC) to support innovative entrepreneurs.
• Facilitate the implementation of Technology Business Development Fund.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Full Grade 12, with at least five credits, which must include Mathematics and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics from recognized institutions.
• At least 5 years’ work experience in a similar position.
• Masters in either Business Administration or Economics will be an added advantage.
