JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose/Mission
• To drive Enterprise sales within the framework of an agreed sales strategy that delivers return on investment, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Supports the unit achieve its revenue growth by executing customer acquisition and retention strategies within the Corporate Channels and the Consumer Channels in line with EEA ZAmbia Ambitions.

Responsibilities
Strategy
• Contribute to the development of the corporate Sales Business plans,
• In alignment with revenue goals, sets performance objectives for the Enterprize unit ensuring.
• Identify and manage the delivery of tools of trade and other operational requirements to meet revenue and efficiency goals.
• Develop and grow the B2B and Tele sales channel in Zambia to contribute up to 40% total Revenue annually.
• Continuously refine definitions of both B2B & B2C customer segments according to demographic information, media consumption patterns and existing customer behavior.
• Create ambitious but achievable short and long-term marketing plans in line with Enterprize goals

Operations
• Drive implementation of B2B and Tele Sales channel development with positive impact on revenue and brand stature
• Source viable Tele Sales calling lists to meet % Contribution target
• Coordinate with CX in designing tele sales agents incentive structure optimal for achieving revenue targets and total % contribution by channel.
• Coordinate with Marketing in developing marketing support materials in line with alternative channel customer profiles.

Reporting & Evaluation
• Evaluating and reporting to the Head of Commercial on agreed KPIs Weekly & monthly tracking of Commercial KPIs and goals
• Track & report Budget to Actual monthly & quarterly against sales projections.

Team Building & Development
• Build and retain a dynamic and agile Tele Sales team of highly motivated individuals
• Performance management through reviews, feedback, coaching and mentoring
• Collect, analyze and report feedback to contribute directly to Engie Energy Access leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Own and advance relationships with key stakeholders including MTN Zambia, in order to ensure value creation for all parties.

Knowledge and skills
Experience:
• At least 7years of professional experience; within that, at least 3 years in similar role in Agriculture Commodities, Telecomms or Financial products
• Project Management (Qualification or Experience)
• Leading Teams with coaching and delegating abilities.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills to coordinate the work of internal or external teams working on the campaign

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Language(s):
• English
• Vernacular (added advantage)
