Job description
• KSM MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT, the largest HR firm in Zambia recently acquired GOZAMBIAJOBS.CO.ZM, becoming the largest recruitment platform in the country is now actively looking to recruit a JUNIOR ENUMERATOR on behalf of our client.
• DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
• The JUNIOR ENUMERATOR will be responsible for counting and auditing billboards according to specified routes and parameters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Utilize a smartphone and relevant apps to perform tasks.
• Count or audit all billboards as per the provided route map, recording details such as road, size, and name of the owner or company advertised on the billboard.
• Capture images of all digital and still boards; for still boards, identify the number of faces (one or two sides).
• Obtain and record the GPS location of each billboard.
• If a billboard is empty, capture the GPS location, road, and note whether it is empty or the owner is unknown.

Education & Experience:
• A Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Ability to follow predefined routes and instructions.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of GPS technology.
