JOB DETAILS:
Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
Skills & Abilities
• Ability to analyse and solve problems.
• Good knowledge of computers.
• Good time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional behaviour and strong ethical values.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Preparing detailed bill of quantities for civil works
• Preparing detailed bill of quantities for construction works
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers and contractors
• Assessing quotations and producing quote comparisons
• Preparing project costings and budget
• To prepare projected monthly expenditure reports
• To prepare monthly cost reports
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey or any related field
• Registered member Quantity Surveying Institute of Zambia
• Minimum 3 years experience and above.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24 12:00:00 AM Bachelor Degree
