JOB DETAILS:
Event Venue Manager
A wedding venue in Ndola is looking for a creative venue manager, on a permanent full-time basis. Your main role with this company would be
(i) offering excellent customer service, (ii) to attract clientele to the venue and, (iii) to ensure the site runs smoothly. More specific tasks will include general administrative duties, creation and management of venue social media content, business development and overseeing and coordinating activity on event days.
We are looking to recruit as soon as possible, so if you:
• Have experience in the hospitality industry, coupled with experience in social media management
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills
• Have an enthusiastic attitude about promoting the business
• Have a strong work ethic
Your starting salary will be based on your experience in hospitality and/or marketing. It will include a competitive basic monthly salary, plus a commission based on bookings
