JOB DETAILS:
Executive Chef
Ensuring promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes.
Coordinating cooks’ tasks.
We are Looking for an Executive Chef with exposure in 3-5 star establishments and vast knowledge on different cuisines. The individual will be responsible for both a la carte and banqueting kitchens. They will have to Implementing hygiene policies and be conversant with menu planning, presentation, cost control and general kitchen organization. A minimum of 5 years experience is required for this position.
